  • After 30–60 seconds, rotate the pizza 180°
  • Use small, quick movements under the crust edge
  • Works best with round pies and hot ovens (450°C+)

Pro move: Lift the crust toward the flame briefly for char bubbles.

  • Check the stone temp — not the flame. Aim for 400–500°C.
  • Point, click, and fire.
  • Use between pizzas to stay consistent.
